What this page is. One row per ISO week in D1 weekly_steering (three JSON layers: leads, content, clients, each with an hours field and a direction text), edited through the JSON panels and read by the predominance chart. Daily check-ins come from /api/admin/checkins-recent (eo-backup-worker /ops/checkins (table ops_morning_checkins)). Tell Claude notes go to steering_notes through /api/admin/steering-notes.

Metric cells are brand data: the keys inside each JSON layer are the ids of the cells above; a key the page does not know is kept in D1 and shown only in the Edit panel. Same page template on the three intranets (rule 15, 2026-09-10).
