Interleaving: the 42 positions are filled round-robin across the 3 sorted tiers. More precisely:
Each tier is sorted by descending weight (the heaviest of the heavies first).
The ideal target position of each heavy is computed: round(i * N / N_heavies).
If a position is already taken, the next free one is used.
The remaining positions are filled with medium then light, in order.
Escalation flag: chars(Caption) > the "carousel-escalation" threshold (default 450) → the row leaves the quote pipeline, to be handled as a carousel or shortened. The prompt pings you before production.
Mismatch flag: row marked Multi-pages=No but chars > the "long" threshold (220). Suggests Multi-pages should be Yes. To validate by AL.
