Current state, 26/09/2026 (read first).- Cadence halved, AL 26/09/2026 (translated: "we must halve the number of EO posts per day, on every planner"), for every new scheduling: Tier A 13 pins in week A and 12 in week B, 1 to 2 a day (was 25, 3 to 4 a day); Tier B 8 in week A and 7 in week B, 1 to 2 a day (was 15, 2 to 3 a day). Same bands, an evenly spread subset of the former slots. Posts already scheduled keep their date and slot (AL: "keep what exists", translated); new rows go in the next free slot after them. The pins already scheduled until 27/10/2026 stay as they are.
- Every band on this page reads Vietnam time (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, +07:00) since 22/09/2026 (AL): the Eastern time exception is retired, the bands keep their printed hours.
- Nine pins are scheduled, until 27/10/2026 (measured 25/09/2026).
- The "This week in Notion" table under the Tier A grid still reads times in America/New_York: its zone was not switched with the bands on 22/09/2026, so it does not match them.
Rules and mutable values.- Mutable values for the Pinterest channel (SEO evergreen), daily planner, one slot per pin, seven days across, slot bands down: cadence, weekly grid, per-video format ratio, field limits. Static doctrine lives in the Pinterest Grammar (Notion), the source of truth; the executable lives in the Pinterest runbook (Prompt Pinterest Generation, Notion). This page holds the mutable values only and is fetched live at execution time. Never hardcode any value of this page into a prompt.
- Time. A Posting Date is stamped +07:00, for example 2026-09-21T15:30:00+07:00; the hours printed on the grid do not change. The exact minute is picked at write time inside its band, never outside it. A History line that reads Paris, CEST or Eastern time for a band is superseded.
- Tier A totals since 26/09/2026: week A 3 pedagogical schemas, 4 static concept, 2 quotes, 1 video pin, 1 multi-page, 1 personal frame, 1 b-roll (13); week B 2 schemas, 5 static concept, 1 quote, 2 video pins, 1 multi-page, 1 personal frame (12).
Tier B totals since 26/09/2026: week A 1 schema, 3 static concept, 1 quote, 1 video pin, 1 multi-page, 1 personal frame (8); week B 1 schema, 4 static concept, 1 quote, 1 personal frame (7); a b-roll takes the Friday third band when the script names a place, an object, or a condition it states outright.
- Cadences on every planner page set by AL 17/09/2026, then halved by AL on 26/09/2026 for every new scheduling, posts already scheduled kept as they are (Newsletter out, Substack on hold and Lifestyle at one post every 2 weeks were left as they stood); every former "slot to set" band has a one hour window since 17/09/2026.
- Week A, week B (26/09/2026). Where half a cadence is not a whole number, days or weeks alternate. Week A is the grid week that holds Monday 28/09/2026, then every second week after it (weeks of 12/10, 26/10, 09/11/2026 and so on); week B is the week in between. A cell tagged Week A or Week B is used in that week only; an untagged cell is used every week. The alternation runs on the calendar, never restarts per video, and is read on the date of the slot being filled.
- 18/09/2026, Backup retired as a status (AL). There must be no Backup in any planner. No planner carries a Backup option and no planner gains one, so the proposal to add the option to Substack, Newsletter, Carousels, Quotes and Lifestyle is answered no. A spare leaves the working planner for a BACKUP PLANNER of its own format; those planners are built next and nothing is moved before they exist. Measured the same day and left untouched: 155 rows still sit in Status Backup (Shorts 84, Threads 27, X 21, Pinterest 20, Carousels 2, LinkedIn 1), 145 real spares and 10 dead Shorts rows. No Status was changed by this pass.
- Notion holds the rows. eo-backup-worker content-posts-sync copies the 11 Notion planner bases into D1 content_posts every hour (cron 15 * * * *, Run now on /crons). The publication tracker and the "This week in Notion" table under each planner grid read D1 through /api/content-posts; the browser never calls Notion. A Notion row without a Code is not copied, so it shows nowhere here.
- Long teasers (61 to 90 s) go only to Instagram and Threads.
- Short types are chosen by the Shorts creation runbook and stored in the Notion Shorts planner, select property Short type (added 17/09/2026); the Shorts page shows only how many shorts, on which days, in which bands.
- LinkedIn is posted from the Elite Outsiders page since 17/09/2026 (before: the Alexandre Corne personal account).
- Deletions (soft delete since 17/09/2026): when AL says delete, the row is deleted in Notion, and the next hourly sync marks every D1 line whose Notion page is archived, in the trash or gone from its base as status = deleted with a deleted_at stamp (migration 0058, previous status kept in status_before_delete). The rows stay in content_posts for history, /api/content-posts hides them unless ?include_deleted=1, so they leave the tracker and the week tables. A page restored from the Notion trash comes back on the next run.
- Newsletter: process OUT until further notice (AL, 25/09/2026), nothing is sent; its set slot stays one send a week, Sunday 2:00 PM.

The band replaces the previous flat 7 pins per week. Where a given week lands inside it is decided by the source video, not by the calendar.
- Halved by AL on 26/09/2026, for every new scheduling: 7 to 13 pins per week, Tier A 13 or 12, Tier B 8 or 7 (grids above). The three lines below are the values of 05/09/2026.
- 15 to 25 pins per week, one long form feeding the whole week.
- Tier A, 22 to 25 pins: the video carries rendered pedagogical diagrams. Push the schema count hard.
- Tier B, 15 to 17 pins: storytelling video, no rendered diagrams. Schemas are authored from the script instead, and there are fewer of them.
- Every pin is a fresh design. The spam filter reacts to duplicate visuals, never to volume. Ten pins may share one destination URL, each needs its own composition.
Note AL, 2026-09-05. A storytelling video yields fewer pedagogical schemas, and that is expected.
At least one video in two is diagram-rich: leverage that one hard instead of averaging the two tiers into a flat number.
Re-measured on the folders, 2026-09-06, because the earlier count here was wrong and it made a run
misclassify V15 as Tier B: V14 carries 37 diagrams, V15 33, V16 18, each in its own
05-meta/scripts/schemas-*-manifest.json; V12 carries 9 and V13 carries 7,
declared in their gen-schemas-*.py; V10 and V11 carry none, they have no
schema material at all. Five of the seven videos V10 to V16 are diagram-rich, so the one-in-two
instinct above understates it.
How to classify, so it is never guessed from the title again: Tier A if the video folder carries a schemas
manifest, OR a gen-schemas-*.py that declares distinct diagrams, OR a
06-schemas holding them. Read the generator, not only the rendered files:
V13's renders were cleaned once the video shipped and its schema folder now holds nothing but an endcard,
which is exactly what would have misclassified it. Cards, endcards and fonts never count.
Format ratio per long form
What one 15 minute long form produces. Tier A is the diagram-rich case, Tier B the storytelling case.
Formats and field limits
Verified against the platform on 2026-07-28, re-checked 2026-09-05. Characters, never words.
Hard rules, any field, any pin
- Legal. The phrase trauma recovery and any practitioner-claim wording are banned. AL is not a therapist.
- Curative vocabulary banned as everywhere on EO: heal, healing, therapy, cure, treatment, solving, patient. The only tolerated use is the negation without therapy.
- No em-dash and no en-dash anywhere, in any field.
- Content is authored, never recycled. Pinterest is a sibling of Carousel and Quote, not their child. A pin is never a re-export of a carousel slide.
- Destination. Every pin carries a live URL: a published YouTube long form, or a go.eliteoutsiders.com short link with utm_source=pinterest and utm_medium=pin_link to an eliteoutsiders.com page. Never Substack, never a raw untracked URL.
- Never delete an old pin. Pins resurface two to three years later, they are evergreen assets.
- No hashtag block. Keywords are woven into the title and the description.
Visual identity
- Canvas 1000x1500, background #0a0a0c with a contemplative gold glow. Margins 90 px sides, 120 px top, 200 px bottom reserved for the signature band.
- Punchline in Cormorant Garamond, gold var(--gold). Support line #f0ede5, never gold, or the hierarchy dies.
- Page numbering in Inter, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Segoe UI, sans-serif gold, top left, multi-page only. Signature 01-Sig-Dore-Noir bottom right, never all caps.
- Two independent attributes on the HTML master body: data-kind (static / cover / interior / final) and data-mode (quote / headline / microframework).
- Production is HTML cloned from the master and rendered by headless Chrome, plus ffmpeg for frames and video. Zero image generation, zero Canva.
- Banned: distressed effect, Bebas Neue, Inter inside a pin, 1:1 ratio, pastel or healing-aesthetic palette.

Seven rules from the rejection of the first V14 batch. Full detail in the runbook toggle of the same date.
- Shallow interdit. A punchline that restates a script line without adding anything is a quotation, not an angle.
- Explicit, never implicit. The reader grasps the suggestion at thumbnail speed, without the video.
- Read between the lines. The material is the mechanism underneath, not the quotable surface sentence.
- Complete concept, never truncated. State both sides as the video does. An amputated aphorism is a failed pin even when true.
- Zero cliche line. Any support line that could appear verbatim on another account in this niche gets rewritten.
- Value gate. Every pin carries one line saying what it brings the reader. No answer, no pin.
- No negation reveal. Never the shape it is not X it is Y. State affirmatively.
Publishing rail
- PostFast rail active again since 13/09/2026 (the 04/09 pause is over). Rows land in the Pinterest Content Planner with Status In progress; the n8n workflow EO Pinterest Auto-Publisher reads them and schedules them as SCHEDULED plus APPROVED (PENDING_APPROVAL can never be approved through the API, so such pins never publish).
- Gates before anything reaches Pinterest: AL validates the visuals; the workflow stays inactive and is launched only by run-publisher.py (dry run, AL go, one live call); a test uses --only-page-ids and --draft (PostFast draft, no Notion write); rows already holding a PostFast Post Id are skipped.
- Scheduling guard: new content takes the next free slots strictly after the last scheduled row. Never the same slot, never a date before an existing one.
- The seven boards map 1:1 onto the Quote Kinds: Mechanics, Persecutors, Sovereignty, Clarity, Traps, Trigger, Reading. Exact strings only.
History, oldest first. Older decisions, measurements and superseded values, kept verbatim, never deleted. Where a line below disagrees with the current state or the rules above, the current state and the rules win.
First version of this page (moved out of /backdata/content-system on 2026-09-05), superseded parts kept verbatim. Stamp: "slot 8 to 11 PM ET". Every band sits inside the 8 to 11 PM Eastern window. 18/09/2026, night: thirty-two pins are rendered on disk and wait for AL's written go before any upload or scheduling. Twelve pins already pending in PostFast carry a date in the past and eleven more hold the text of before the 15/09 rewrite; both lots need AL's decision. Nothing on this page was changed tonight.
20/09/2026, AL: every EO planner band is VIETNAM time (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, +07:00), generalised to every format on 21/09/2026. The hours printed on these pages do not change; what changes is the offset written on a row: a Posting Date is stamped +07:00, for example 2026-09-21T15:30:00+07:00. Pinterest stays in Eastern time, which is an audience constraint and not a preference. Dates already written are NOT moved (AL, 21/09/2026): every row keeps its absolute hour until AL says otherwise, because re-stamping them would move real publications. Only the 69 V16 shorts rows were re-stamped, by AL, on 20/09/2026. Any line below this one that still reads "Paris time" for a BAND is history and is superseded here.
22/09/2026, AL: nothing stays on Paris time, Pinterest included (this supersedes the 20/09/2026 line above). Every future row that was not already sent to PostFast was re-stamped that day, same wall clock, offset +07:00: 204 rows across 8 planners plus 78 Pinterest rows. The 13 pins already scheduled in PostFast keep their old instant, AL let that pass. The n8n workflows and this site now read Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh.
