For Claude
Current state, 26/09/2026 (read first).
  • Cadence halved on every EO planner, AL 26/09/2026 (translated: "we must halve the number of EO posts per day, on every planner"), for every new scheduling, posts already scheduled kept as they are. This page is not changed: its cadence is already one post every 2 weeks since 25/09/2026, lower than any halved value.
  • Every band on this page reads Vietnam time (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, +07:00); since 22/09/2026 nothing stays on Paris time, Pinterest included (AL).
  • The grid above is AL's cadence of 25/09/2026 (translated: "one every 2 weeks is enough"); the cadence of 17/09/2026 and its grid are in History.
  • Stock on 25/09/2026: 4 photos kept by AL, LS19, LS3, LS4 and LS9; the others are rejected.
  • Not aligned yet, measured in D1 on 25/09/2026: the Lifestyle planner still holds the former plan, 16 future codes (29 rows), among them LS20 to LS25 marked scheduled on every Monday from 28/09 to 02/11/2026. Of the 4 kept photos, LS19 went out on Monday 21/09/2026, LS3 is dated Thursday 24/09/2026 and still reads planned, LS4 and LS9 are dated Friday 25/09 and Thursday 08/10/2026, off the Monday slot.
Rules and mutable values.
  • Mutable values for the Lifestyle channel, daily planner, one row per platform, seven days across, platforms down: cadence, weekly grid, slots per platform. Static doctrine lives in the Lifestyle Grammar; the executable is the Lifestyle runbook (Notion), to be written, and Lifestyle Grammar v1.1 stands until then. This page holds the mutable values only and is fetched live by the Lifestyle runbook at execution time. Never hardcode any value of this page into a prompt. Rows come from the Lifestyle Content Planner, published by EO Lifestyle Auto-Publisher. Photo ratio and grade: see Lifestyle Grammar v1.1 until the runbook absorbs it.
  • Time. A Posting Date is stamped +07:00, for example 2026-09-21T15:30:00+07:00; the hours printed on the grid do not change. The exact minute is picked at write time inside its band, never outside it. A History line that reads Paris, CEST or Eastern time for a band is superseded.
  • The Monday post goes to both platforms. Slots quoted from the Content System cards: Instagram card, row 2, Mon 12 to 2 PM, Lifestyle photo (odd weeks) / Quote 4:5 (even weeks); Facebook card, row 3, Mon 12 to 2 PM, Lifestyle photo with a real text.
  • Quote cards sit on the quotes page (Instagram even-week Mondays, Facebook Saturdays, TikTok daily); this grid shows lifestyle photos only (18/09/2026).
  • Cadences on every planner page set by AL 17/09/2026, then halved by AL on 26/09/2026 for every new scheduling, posts already scheduled kept as they are (Newsletter out, Substack on hold and Lifestyle at one post every 2 weeks were left as they stood); every former "slot to set" band has a one hour window since 17/09/2026.
  • 18/09/2026, Backup retired as a status (AL). There must be no Backup in any planner. No planner carries a Backup option and no planner gains one, so the proposal to add the option to Substack, Newsletter, Carousels, Quotes and Lifestyle is answered no. A spare leaves the working planner for a BACKUP PLANNER of its own format; those planners are built next and nothing is moved before they exist. Measured the same day and left untouched: 155 rows still sit in Status Backup (Shorts 84, Threads 27, X 21, Pinterest 20, Carousels 2, LinkedIn 1), 145 real spares and 10 dead Shorts rows. No Status was changed by this pass.
  • Notion holds the rows. eo-backup-worker content-posts-sync copies the 11 Notion planner bases into D1 content_posts every hour (cron 15 * * * *, Run now on /crons). The publication tracker and the "This week in Notion" table under each planner grid read D1 through /api/content-posts; the browser never calls Notion. A Notion row without a Code is not copied, so it shows nowhere here.
  • Long teasers (61 to 90 s) go only to Instagram and Threads.
  • Short types are chosen by the Shorts creation runbook and stored in the Notion Shorts planner, select property Short type (added 17/09/2026); the Shorts page shows only how many shorts, on which days, in which bands.
  • LinkedIn is posted from the Elite Outsiders page since 17/09/2026 (before: the Alexandre Corne personal account).
  • Newsletter: process OUT until further notice (AL, 25/09/2026), nothing is sent; its set slot stays one send a week, Sunday 2:00 PM. Pinterest: 8 to 11 PM.
  • Deletions (soft delete since 17/09/2026): when AL says delete, the row is deleted in Notion, and the next hourly sync marks every D1 line whose Notion page is archived, in the trash or gone from its base as status = deleted with a deleted_at stamp (migration 0058, previous status kept in status_before_delete). The rows stay in content_posts for history, /api/content-posts hides them unless ?include_deleted=1, so they leave the tracker and the week tables. A page restored from the Notion trash comes back on the next run.

History, oldest first. Older decisions, measurements and superseded values, kept verbatim, never deleted. Where a line below disagrees with the current state or the rules above, the current state and the rules win.

First version of this page (proposed 2026-09-06, set by AL 2026-09-17), superseded parts kept verbatim. Instagram alternates lifestyle photos with quote days inside the week, 3 firm plus an optional 4th. Instagram totals 3 lifestyle photos, Mon, Fri and Sun, plus an optional 4th on Wed, and 3 quote days, Tue, Thu and Sat. Facebook totals 2 lifestyle photos with text, Mon and Thu, and keeps its optional Saturday quote. The Wed Instagram photo has no band on the card yet, its 12 to 2 PM is the carousel, so it reads slot to set. The cards still carry the weekly alternation of one lifestyle or one quote; this page carries the intra-week alternation, set by AL 17/09/2026.
17/09/2026, AL: Instagram 3 to 4 a week (Mon, Fri, Sun, optional Wed) and Facebook 2 a week (Mon, Thu), 12 to 2 PM, are set (were "proposed 06/09/2026, AL to validate"; values unchanged). Bands set by Claude 17/09/2026 from AL's instruction, spread across the day, change on AL's word: each former "slot to set" band got a one hour window not used that day on that platform, Paris time (corrected 20/09/2026: those windows are read in Vietnam time, +07:00). Lifestyle: the optional Wednesday Instagram photo = 10 to 11 AM (Wed Instagram 12 to 2 PM is the carousel, 6 to 8 PM the LF preview, 3 to 4 PM and 9 to 10 PM the reels). Lifestyle planner base: 4 firm rows a week, Mon (Instagram + Facebook), Thu (Facebook), Fri and Sun (Instagram), 12 to 2 PM; the optional Wednesday row is only used when AL adds one.
18/09/2026: the visible grid shows lifestyle photos only. Removed: the three Instagram 12 to 2 PM cells "Quote day (Quote planner)" (Tue, Thu, Sat) and the Facebook Sat cell "Quote day, optional (card row 13)"; quote cards sit on the quotes page (Instagram even-week Mondays, Facebook Saturdays, TikTok daily). Day headers Tue and Sat now read "no photo" (they read "quote day"). Photo counts unchanged: Mon 2, Wed 0 to 1, Thu 1, Fri 1, Sun 1. Raw: Instagram row, Tue, Thu, Sat <div class="cell c-qday"><span class="f">Quote day (Quote planner)</span></div>; Facebook row, Sat <div class="cell c-qday"><span class="f">Quote day, optional (card row 13)</span></div>.
18/09/2026, night: nothing changed on this page. The lifestyle planner held no row with a date in the past.
20/09/2026, AL: every EO planner band is VIETNAM time (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh, +07:00), generalised to every format on 21/09/2026. The hours printed on these pages do not change; what changes is the offset written on a row: a Posting Date is stamped +07:00, for example 2026-09-21T15:30:00+07:00. Pinterest stays in Eastern time, which is an audience constraint and not a preference. Dates already written are NOT moved (AL, 21/09/2026): every row keeps its absolute hour until AL says otherwise, because re-stamping them would move real publications. Only the 69 V16 shorts rows were re-stamped, by AL, on 20/09/2026. Any line below this one that still reads "Paris time" for a BAND is history and is superseded here.
22/09/2026, AL: nothing stays on Paris time, Pinterest included (this supersedes the 20/09/2026 line above). Every future row that was not already sent to PostFast was re-stamped that day, same wall clock, offset +07:00: 204 rows across 8 planners plus 78 Pinterest rows. The 13 pins already scheduled in PostFast keep their old instant, AL let that pass. The n8n workflows and this site now read Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh.
25/09/2026, AL: the lifestyle cadence becomes one post every 2 weeks (translated: "one every 2 weeks is enough"), on Monday, 12 to 2 PM, Instagram and Facebook. What stood until that day, kept verbatim: Instagram: 3 to 4 lifestyle photos a week, 3 firm plus an optional 4th. Facebook takes 2 photos a week, each with a real text. Every photo sits in the 12 to 2 PM band quoted from the Content System cards, except the optional Wednesday Instagram photo at 10 to 11 AM (Wed Instagram 12 to 2 PM is the carousel, 6 to 8 PM the LF preview, 3 to 4 PM and 9 to 10 PM the reels), only used when AL adds one (17/09/2026). Reason, AL 2026-09-02. Lifestyle photos land far better on Instagram than anywhere else. Instagram carries the volume, Facebook keeps the two with text, TikTok stays out of the feed (B-roll or Stories only, per its card). Grid as it stood until 25/09/2026, raw: <div class="scroller" data-week="LS|"><div class="cal"><div class="tcell hd"></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Mon</b><i>2 photos</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Tue</b><i>no photo</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Wed</b><i>0 to 1 photo</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Thu</b><i>1 photo</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Fri</b><i>1 photo</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Sat</b><i>no photo</i></div><div class="dayhd"><b>Sun</b><i>1 photo</i></div></div><div class="cal"><div class="tcell"><span><b>Instagram</b>12 to 2 PM<i>card row 2</i></span></div><div class="cell c-life"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo</span></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell c-life opt"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo, optional 4th (10 to 11 AM)</span></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell c-life"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo</span></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell c-life"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo</span></div><div class="tcell"><span><b>Facebook</b>12 to 2 PM<i>card row 3</i></span></div><div class="cell c-life"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo with a real text</span></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell c-life"><span class="f">Lifestyle photo with a real text</span></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell empty"></div><div class="cell empty"></div></div></div>
26/09/2026, AL: cadence halved; posts already scheduled kept as they are. (translated: "we must halve the number of EO posts per day, on every planner") Lifestyle left unchanged: one post every 2 weeks, Monday 12 to 2 PM, Instagram and Facebook, set 25/09/2026, is already below the halved values.
